What does StockBoss Interactive Application software do for me?
StockBoss Interactive Application software provides a simple and fast way to access your StockBoss account without having to know or remember any text commands. All versions including charting directly on your wireless device so you can see how your stocks have performed over time.

What wireless devices and pagers support StockBoss Interactive Application software?
Currently software is available for the All RIM BlackBerry Devices and for the Motorola 2000 and Timeport series.

Do I need StockBoss Interactive Application software to use StockBoss Interactive?
No! You can access the features offered by the Application software including requesting quotes, changing portfolios and preference setting and more by using our text command language.

Can I Use StockBoss Interactive with my cellular phone?
With some cellular phones you can not only receive stock alerts and updates, you can also request quotes "on demand". In order to request stock quotes your phone must be able to both send and receive text messages. Check with your provider to see if they can activate this feature for you. If you are enabled for text/email messaging and can send text mesages, you can be in touch with your investments from your phone.

If I don't use StockBoss Interactive Application software, how do I request information?
You request information by using the commands below in the body of the message. We recommend storing the address sb@softwinc.com in your pager for convenient use. Also, many customers store repeat messages such as $$ or 'MSFT IBM in their messages folder. Support for multiple portfolios is detailed below.

Interactive commands can modify each of the four user portfolios. Add the portfolio number (1-4) after the $$, + or ~ to specify which portfolio to quote or update. The default is number 1.
