Software Incubators, Inc. (SWI) is a recognized technology leader in the emerging wireless solutions industry. Founded in 1996, SWI pioneered many of the early wireless technologies in the financial, enterprise and client/server markets. SWI develops and delivers a suite of interactive information applications targeted at vertical industries including financial/banking, transportation, sales/contact management, health care, law enforcement, enterprise/database management, inventory/fulfillment, field dispatch, IT trouble ticket solutions, and consumer information services. The corporation has successfully developed several custom wireless solutions for Fortune 500 partners in a variety of applications.

The company's flagship product family, StockBoss and StockBoss Interactive services tens of thousands of mobile investors including investment bankers, analysts, brokers, bankers and other financial professionals worldwide. The StockBoss Interactive services deliver filtered information via platform-agnostic one way and two way communications platforms. The company's products are based on state-of-the-art wireless communications platforms which provide reliable real-time transaction-oriented financial information.

SWI has developed several scalable wireless platforms including RIM/Blackberry, Palm, Java and WML enabled phones and Motorola wireless products. In addition to the client software, SWI provides infrastructure/server technology as well as a full suite of administration/tracking tools. SWI employs state of the art encryption technology for secure data transmissions and a family of wireless client/server solutions to enable the delivery company specific applications to smart devices over a broad range of wireless platforms. Recent developments include the Research in Motion (NASD:RIMM) handheld devices, Palm's PDAs, and Motorola's PageWriter and Timeport series. The recently announced Global Enterprise Microbrowser (GEM) and BrowserBoss.com consumer client applications have been recently deployed by several Fortune 500 corporations. SWI's client/server gateway technology seamlessly links with our partnerĖs HTML backend and includes support for SSL.

SWI offers its technology through several proven business models including client/server licenses, custom development fees, and service maintenance contracts. Most recently, the corporation has introduced a "pay-per-view" pricing model for the GEM family of products to ensure that the customer can successfully bring their solutions to market quickly without extraneous investment. In a radical shift in the industry's wireless applications business model, SWI has minimized the cost of custom solution development by introducing a per transaction model.

Software Incubators, Inc. is a closely held private company headquartered in Silicon Valley. The company's development center is located in Los Angeles, California.
